Bronx Commons

A 426,000 square foot mixed-use development which includes affordable housing, the Bronx Music Hall, retail space, and a green recreational space. Bronx Commons will serve as a cultural destination and site for music and dance performances, community events, production, and multimedia activities. Includes 305 affordable apartments. 14,000 square foot cultural and educational space with approximately 250 seats will now be available and act as the permanent home of the Bronx Music Heritage Center. Bronx Commons will contain a central courtyard, green roof, and large, landscaped plazas with an amphitheater. There will be 22,000 square feet of commercial space fronting East 163rd Street.
