UBS Arena, Belmont NY
A brand new 18,000 seat arena, shopping district, and hotel - located next to the world-famous Belmont Racetrack (part of the triple crown series). The UBS Arena will be the new home of the New York Islanders, National Hockey League team.
TSX BUILDING
A brand new hotel and theater located in the heart of New York City. This building will transform the New York City Skyline.
RESORTS WORLD CASINO
A major expansion to New York City’s largest gaming casino and hotel.
Brearley School
The Brearley School is a 100-year old all-girls school in New York City. J.C. Steel helped them with a major expansion that keeps this school on the cutting edge for teaching the future leaders of America.
441 ninth avenue
This project is a major transformation of a former eight-story warehouse, now an office building, that was originally built in 1962. An additional 17 floors will be added atop the black masonry-clad tower, bringing 700,000 square feet of new office space to the neighborhood
JFK Logistics center
Located approximately 1-mile from John F. Kennedy International Airport, the previous long term parking area will be transformed into a three-story, 235,234-square-foot building containing warehouses, office space, as well as self-storage facilities.
