Mixed-use tower rising in the heart of Brooklyn. Standing over 450 feet tall and encompassing approximately 400,000 square feet, the project required precise coordination and execution.
J.C. Steel Erectors erected 2,245 tons of structural steel utilizing a tower crane, which also played a critical role in supporting the concrete core erection.
The project showcases advanced crane logistics, structural accuracy, and large-scale urban construction expertise.
