The 441 Ninth Avenue project
441 9th Avenue is a major transformation of a former eight-story warehouse originally built in 1962, converting it into a modern office tower. The project adds 17 new floors atop the existing black masonry–clad structure, delivering approximately 700,000 square feet of new office space to the neighborhood.

Located one block north of the 34 Street, Penn Station subway stop and the current new home of Peloton, the development includes a 300,000 square foot vertical expansion beginning at the ninth level.
The addition features flexible floor plates with ceiling heights ranging from 14 to 28 feet and is enclosed by a full glass façade with stepped setbacks, creating 14 outdoor terraces and balconies at varying elevations.
