consisted of the structural steel
A major hospital expansion, representing the facility’s first significant growth initiative in over 30 years. The scope included the installation of 2,000+ tons of structural steel to support a 300,000-square-foot patient care pavilion designed to meet modern healthcare and life-safety standards.
The expansion delivers a 75-room emergency department, state-of-the-art operating suites, 42 inpatient rooms, a central sterile processing department, and expanded mechanical and MEP support space. Steel erection activities required precise coordination with crane engineering, logistics, and adjacent active hospital operations to maintain safety, schedule, and uninterrupted facility access.

The completed structure provides the necessary load-bearing capacity and long-term durability required for advanced healthcare infrastructure while supporting future adaptability and system integration.
